Will Reavis Excellence Scholarship
We have completed the details on the Will Reavis Excellence Scholarship and will be supplementing
private lessons for a few of the 2008-2009 THS band students. We will be paying half of a 30 minute
lesson each week. The committee will review each of the submitted scholarship forms and make the final
decision on the students for the first 2008-09 semester.
We have funds available to help a few students for the 2008-2009 school year. Your continued support in our endevor
is needed to keep this project alive in years to come. A few generous Early Years Band Alumni made a substantial
portion of this first year scholarship. Please consider donating to our program, it does not have to be
a large amount to build into something worthwhile for many dedicated students.

THS Homecoming 2008
The THS band has again invited us to join them at the homecoming game Oct. 10, 2008 at Pennington
Field. Come on out and join your old
band mates and the current THS band to watch the Trinity Trojans beat the Colleyville Heritage Panthers.

THS Band March-A-Thon 2008
The THS band has invited us to join them for the March-A-Thon Nov. 8, 2008. If you
are brave enough to play then bring your instrument. We will
be marching through residential streets playing and taking donations from the area
residents.
