    •         3 of 15 bands received a Division I rating; Trinity, Bell and Southwest
  • UIL Concert (Symphonic Band): Superior, Division I

    •         4 of 16 bands received a Division I rating
  • UIL Sight Reading (Symphonic Band): Superior, Division I

    •         3 of 16 bands received a Division I rating
  • The Trinity High School Band was awarded their very First UIL Sweepstakes


  • Ennis Band Concert Contest (Symphonic Band): Superior, Division I
  • Ennis Band Concert Contest "Best in 4A Class" Trophy


  • Symphonic Band was invited to represent Texas at Mid-South Band Clinic in Memphis, TN

    •     January 15, 1971; Performed Honor Band Concert
